It is very important to Dr. Bernstein that all of his clients are happy with the quality of service and product they receive. LaseResults® will issue a full refund or send a replacement on any products returned within 30 days of original delivery (returns will include the sales tax collected at time of purchase, less shipping costs).
LaseResults® will issue refunds and replacements for products purchased ONLY at www.LaseResults.com. No refunds or replacements will be issued for any product purchased at any other retail location and/or website.
In the event that you feel you would like to return any or all products purchased please follow these simple instructions to receive a full refund and/or replacement:
1. Please locate the Packing Slip enclosed with your purchase and complete the bottom portion (Return/Replacement Form herein "RRF").
2. Please make sure to complete the entire form including the Item Number, Item Name, Quantity being returned and/or replaced (in the event that you don't have enough space please continue on a separate sheet of paper), Reason Code (this is used strictly to improve our products and services) and a Further Action Code.
3. Please complete the RRF and place it in the box with the items. Please enclose a copy of the original purchase receipt.
4. Please ship all returns to: Dr. Bernstein Returns c/o LaseResults®, Inc. 300 Kennedy Dr Sayreville, NJ 08872
- All refunds will be issued within 14 business days of return shipment receipt.
- Please make sure to ship all returns using a service that allows tracking.
- No refund will be issued for lost returns.
- LaseResults® does not ship replacements to PO Boxes and/or Military Addresses.
- A complete return must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund and/or replacement.
